Job Duties职位内容· Assigned project/supplier PO progress analysis. (Via Digital Factory/ASAP/Progress report…)负责的项目/供应商的PO进度分析，(通过 Digital Factory / ASAP / Progress report…)· Early warning of potential delivery risks to supplier and followed the progress, inform related functions at the same time对于潜在的交货风险向供应商提出预警并跟进，并知会相关职能人员· For the POs which already deviation with original planning, push supplier submits catch up plan and followed the progress, inform related functions at the same time对于已经背离原始计划的PO，推进供应商提交追赶计划并跟进，并知会相关职能人员· point of escalation for all kinds of delivery risks必要时对各类交付风险提出升级· On site follow (for worse situation), support supplier to build detectable plan and witness the execution现场跟进(严重情况下)，支持供应商建立可以检测的计划，并跟进相应的执行· Coordinate between supplier and ATC during the PO running to decrease the delivery risk协调供应商与公司在PO运行过程中碰到的问题，降低交付风险· Meetings with suppliers and ATC related functions for the issues during the PO running与供应商及相关职能人员会议沟通PO运行过程中遇到的问题 · Reporting报告Qualification职位要求· Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical is preferred. Energy and power engine will be preferred本科及以上学历，机械类专业，热能与动力工程专业优先考虑· Have two or more years in expediting or similar project management experience2年以上催交或类似项目管理经验· Basic understanding about mechanical or material engineering i.e. welding, painting and machining基本了解机械或材料：如焊接，喷涂，机加等· Mechanical drawing看懂机械图纸· English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing 良好的英语听说读写能力· SAP 熟悉操作SAP系统· Strong problem solving capability.比较强的问题解决能力· Possess proactive rather than a reactive style of conducting business积极主动而不是被动应付· Can accept frequent business travelling能接受较频繁的国内出差 职能类别：采购主管 能熟练使用马蜂盯标进行招标采购类信息查询
